Letting it Unfold
A personal project in becoming, shaped by practice, trust, and transparency
The Origin Story
Grow With Me began with something I didn’t expect: a quiet ache the morning of my ICF (International Coaching Federation) exam.
Even in that moment of relief, I found myself grieving the structure, the momentum, the sense of becoming that had carried me through. I had loved the process, reviewing all of my course materials, being part of a mentor coaching group, and recording my sessions. That practice sparked a deeper curiosity about my voice as a coach: how I show up, what feels most natural, and the kind of service that truly aligns with who I am.
And as it came to a close, a new question emerged in its place:
What would it be like to keep growing with that same sense of purpose? My quiet response emerged as a longing for learning that transforms, not just through knowledge, but through honest reflection, and a deep commitment to living/learning authentically and in community with others.
What I was craving wasn’t another credential, but a way to keep deepening my practice while staying rooted in purpose, growth, and connection.
Unpolished, Unfolding…
In coaching, in work, in leadership, and even in creative spaces, there’s so much pressure to show up polished, confident, and “expert.”
But that’s not how real growth usually works. Growth is slow and can be awkward, and often goes unnoticed.
Grow With Me is my attempt to share coaching in a way that honors the human process of learning and developing.
It’s not about performance or polish. It’s about presence.
Why I Made This
Grow With Me is both a personal experiment and a creative offering.
Each episode is a real, unscripted coaching session, typically lasting around 45 to 60 minutes, during which the coachee explores a question, a transition, or an inner barrier.
This project lives within Grow With Lisette, a creative extension of my work at Garza Consulting, focused on growth, leadership, and human development. This offering is different. It’s more personal, more vulnerable. And it invites me to trust the process, something I’m still learning to do.
A Note About Consent
Every guest participates voluntarily, with full consent and control.
They can stay anonymous, preview the episode before anything is published, and opt out entirely at any time. That part is non-negotiable.
What I Hope
I hope Grow With Me offers a small pause for reflection.
I hope it makes coaching feel a little more accessible.
And I hope that, by sharing these moments, I will continue to grow as well.
Thanks for being here.

Lisette, this feels like a love letter to presence, process, and the kind of learning that doesn’t rush to the finish line. I’m so looking forward to journeying and growing with you 👏💛
